332967BR Job ID: 332967BR Job Description: 18 million Chinese patients benefit from Novartis products! • Lead the Commercial Excellence team, provide expertise and drive commercial excellence through technology, business analytics and process automation across our business organization • Enhance the overall performance of the function through effective functional leadership, optimal management of resources and allocated budget • Provide new insights and understanding of business, identify new areas of opportunity and potential benefits beyond the current organizational thinking • Accountable for sales operations functions such as BI, processes, systems, reporting and data management; Design and implement metrics reporting to provide key data for leadership teams • Develop and execute the strategy for marketing measurement, dashboard/analytics and attribution • Support sales management in sales force training and planning, and monitor effectiveness • Facilitate and drive internal discussions with stakeholders and appropriate functions to improve and implement processes where appropriate • Collaborate with regional (global) organizations and implement best practices when applicable.
