Nvidia GPU Enterprise Firmware Application Engineer in Shanghai, China
We are looking for a GPU Enterprise Firmware Application Engineer in Shanghai/Shenzhen/Beijing of China to drive key aspects of the GPU technology for the enterprise and data-center platforms including NVIDIA HGX and MGX product lines. This person will support NVIDIA customers focusing on product engineering and technology development and will bring deep GPUs knowledge and experience in server and data-center products. Also supporting GPU server development with background in server architecture, design, as well as key technologies such as system qualification, system reliability and server management features.
What you’ll be doing:
Technical support for customers with NVIDIA GPU solution.
Provide technical presentation/support towards design wins.
Technical design/identification/debugging support towards production.
Interface at technical level with HW and SW engineers for design assistance and problem solving.
Help to identify/solve the production issues and do preliminary FA.
Help to do SW QA job to duplicate issue/verify fix and do the basic test.
Communicate and work with customers to provide solution for customers issues.
What we need to see:
Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science. BS or above or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience with PC/Server system architecture.
Familiar with system BIOS, BMC, UEFI, Driver etc.
Background with computer architecture, C, C++, python and assembly language.
Proven self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to new technologies.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Working experience in server related platforms.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
