Job Description
Position responsibilities
Create strategies for digital marketing in different customer segments based on their characteristics. Develop short-term tactics and implementation plans using internal and external resources.
Work with internal product, cross-team channel, and third-party media resources to implement plans that address customer needs, continuously improving methods to generate more leads.
Collaborate with global teams to acquire high-quality customer engagement resources and conduct targeted promotions through localized production.
Continuously improve customers' digital experience through data analysis, tool development, content creation, and other methods, improving brand awareness and dedication to convert business opportunities;
Promote the use of AI tools through global cooperation, empowering product, marketing, and sales teams to improve work efficiency.
Job qualifications
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
At least 3-4 years working experience in marketing, digital marketing, medical device industry background or social agency background will be preferred
Knowledge in social media is an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Good project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and a great teammate, able to quickly build trust and rapport with sales and product teams.
Proficient and confident in communicating with internal colleagues
