For a factory of Mobility in Shanghai, we are looking for a Controlling Manager
What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of company financial reporting, and driving continuous improvement in this area.
Develop and implement performance reporting frameworks, leveraging digitalization and automation to streamline processes.
Timely and accurately deliver budgets, rolling forecasts, and other financial reports.
Execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
Collaborate with internal accounting and finance departments to ensure smooth financial operations and maintain high-quality work.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing valuable insights to support the factory commercial manager's daily activities.
Liaise with government agencies and assist in preparing reports required by external stakeholders, such as the statistical bureau.
Lead and mentor team members, providing professional guidance to ensure the quality of work in the controlling department.
Perform other duties as assigned by the factory commercial manager.
What do you need to qualify for this job?
Practical experience in professional Finance / Accounting, Risk Management
Good understanding about IFRS, PRC GAAP and other accounting & reporting principles
Mature knowledge in using business software (MS Office tools.), skills of using SAP is preferred
Good communication, time management skills
Strong analytical ability and executive summary ability
Strong project / manufacturing experience is preferred
Fluency of English both on oral & writing
Demonstrated initiative in driving change and actively developing the competency of the controlling team
