Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Job Overview

The Energy Elastomer Material lab Intern will support and implement lab tests, report documents, test machine maintenance, and chemical material safety data sheet related. s an intern, you will work with cross-functional teams from TE´s Energy Business Unit including sales, product management and the marketing team. You will get exposure to engineers in TE China Engineering Center and other stakeholders and work with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support elastomer lab’s elastomer test: mechanical and electric test

• Assist in lab test machine’s maintenance: SOP, status checking.

• Chemical material management and Update the MSDS

• Support over all lab 5S+1: sorting, setting in order, shining, sustaining, safety, standardized

• Research and evaluate polymer/elastomer new material technology and advanced manufacturing related tooling, machine, processing.

Qualifications

• University under-graduated or above; majored in polymers, chemical engineering or chemistry is preferred

• Fluent in English

• Good Microsoft Office Skills; Photoshop & Adobe Illustration is preferred

• Detail-oriented, good learning attitude and cross function communication skills
