In this role, you have the opportunity to
Commodity Manager is accountable to initiate, organize and implement breakthrough Commodity Strategies, Programs and Policies for the assigned Commodity spend and related Supply Base to ensure optimum Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Quality, Delivery, Sustainability and Innovation.
You are responsible for
Transform Cost Category strategy into a Sourcing strategy on regional and/or global level Defining a strong funnel of Procurement (Price) and Demand (Quantity) actions to enable Spend Management objectives and to create and develop a high performing Supply Base Fit for Purpose
BMC Business Partnering to align on SPM targets, funnel & execution
Program manage execution of Q-FUNNEL in alignment with B/M/F
Plan and execute Supply Base Optimization actions (Sourcing savings)
Plan and execute Negotiations roadmaps with Suppliers by applying Game Theory and e-Sourcing at scale
Manage Supplier Relationship, Performance and Contracting based on clear targets and ongoing Business Review Meetings with key-suppliers
Manage critical Supplier RFQs and Supplier crises (as per escalation)Building and driving operational Procurement excellence in the region
Organize, implement and drive process efficiency by leveraging standard work, service providers (internal/external) and scaling effects
Improve user experience and ensure that Buying Channels, policies and ordering workflows are understood and accepted by the users
Drive utilization of Buying Channels and establish effective monitoring and control mechanism to ensure compliance
Ensure that Buying Channel workflow & projects are timely support by Procurement Managers as per design You are a part of IMS team. You will base in Shanghai and report to Market Procurement Leader APAC, Indirect Materials & Services. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Contract Management
