Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job):

Liaise with finance, sales operation, retail planning and buying teams to deliver seasonal/ monthly forecasts and replenishment order, provide analytics and reporting for decision making. Facilitate regional S&OP meetings and participate in dialogues with key counterparts to improve demand visibility.

Key Roles & Responsibility:

• Partner with Finance and Product team on formulating 3 years strategic planning on product category and channel.

• Multi-Horizon Planning for supporting 3 year Production Capacity Planning.

• Drive and monitor consolidated Seasonal / monthly forecasting process and submission, down to channel level and SKU level.

• Keep tracking of assumptions behind forecast and carryout performance analysis to identify forecast changes and gap validation.

• Provide analytical support highlighting changes in demand, forecast accuracy, trend, style adoption to evaluate inventory and business impact, and identify follow up action plans.

• Project Leader in forecasting of NOOS/ In-season replenishment items / QT, as well as inventory, demand, supply rolling analytics support.

• Support monthly S&OP process that incorporates input from various departments, and ensure S&OP outputs are incorporated into forecast plan.

• Prepare ad hoc management reports & business analysis to support business decision.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in planning and analysis, preferably with planning experience in multi-national company, apparel industry experience is desirable but not mandatory

• Solid work experience in retail business and S&OP is highly preferred

• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem solving skills.

• Well-organized, logical & mature thinking, attention to details, dedicated, energetic and being a self-starter

• Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications. Practical experience in SAP /APO, forecasting system is definitely an advantage

Academic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Held: Degree holder

Subject Expert In: Supply Chain, Planning, Business related
