Emerson Systems Architect (Oracle EBS) in Shakopee, Minnesota

Based in our Boulder, CO or Shakopee, MN , you will provide Business/Project Teams expertise in the design, documentation, development, testing and implementation of quality global business systems to support the best user experience.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Acquire understanding of business objectives as well as systems and processes in order to recommend and develop quality solutions to improve system and team efficiency.

  • Lead business system implementations including Solution Design, System Testing/Solution Validation and User Training.

  • Perform technical and functional requirements analysis for business system improvement development requests.

  • Design and develop new or enhanced business systems following established IT standards.

  • Review new and existing system designs and make recommendations for improving or altering the systems.

  • Performs ongoing support of implemented systems, including training new users, keeping documentation updated, solving issues, and regression testing.

  • Guides Global implementations and requirements for one or more business area.

WHO YOU ARE: You anticipate the impact of new technologies and make necessary adjustments. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You experiment with a wide range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging options that can improve organizational outcomes.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree.

  • 5+ years of related experience including:

  • Functional/Technical Expertise in R12 Oracle EBS ERP system and related technologies with in-depth knowledge on O2C, P2P,Mfg processes in Manufacturing organization.

  • Oracle EBS space working on End to End R12 Oracle Implementation support and improvement projects.

  • 4+ years’ experience with SQL, PL/SQL and Workflow ,Oracle forms, ORDS API’s with Oracle EBS database.

  • Ability to work global hours as needed.

  • Travel – 20% as required.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • 8+ years in Oracle EBS space working on End to End R12 Oracle Implementation support and improvement projects.

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud/Fusion technologies and Oracle Cloud WMS

Colorado pay transparency requirement:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $108,000 - $155,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
