Job Summary:
As a Production Crew Member, you are responsible for the set-up & assembly of Precast concrete units. This position is working within a construction environment.
Essential Functions:
1.Protect Family and Friends. Follow all Company Safety Policies and Procedures as well as Occupational Safety and HealthAdministration (OSHA) regulations and guidelines. Support business activities, objectives, and programs. Upon start of work beprepared with proper PPE and maintain a clean and organized work area.
2.Integrity. Arrive to work at time scheduled and punch in at time clocks to the appropriate job and product that you will be workingon. Check-in and out with Crew Leader before leaving work/leaving work area for any reason.
3.Compulsive Tinkering. Review previous days production on a daily basis to look for areas where quality can be improved.
4.Respect and engage. Follow Crew Leaders instruction to maintain a steady workflow throughout the day.
5.Mastery. Maintain proper care of mold, tools, and equipment. Help prepare/stage materials for next day to maintain efficientworkflow. Inform Crew Leader of missing materials of information to avoid stoppage. Disassemble, clean & set-up of Precast concrete forms. Handle and tie steel rebar cages, mesh & other internal components.
6.Work-life Rhythm. Notify Crew Leader of any upcoming scheduled time off, appointments, etc.
