The incumbent will be provided an opportunity to learn and manage preventive maintenance, repair and commissioning on the range of medical equipment supported by ZOLL Medical Singapore. Successful candidates / interns will have the opportunity to learn and perform the essential functions of the technical service team.

Essential Functions:
Plan, execute and document preventive maintenance within the given time frame as delegated by the Technical Manager, this includes the Save-a-Life (SAL) initiative by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
Carry out In-house servicing that includes repairs from the local and Asia Pacific Region
Support the Logistics Department in their planning, managing and controlling of the flow of products and services
Assist with Field Service team with service calls and commissioning of ZOLL Medical Products
Assist with handling proper and accurate documentations with compliance to GDPMDS requirements
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Task Elements:
Trained and guided by the technical service team to carry out the required duties independently or as a team
Responsible for scheduling and executing the Preventive Maintenance including the SAL Initiative
Solving simple field issues and liaise with ZOLL Medical’s supervisors for complex matters while performing duties
Creating service reports and file the necessary documentation with compliance to GDPMDS requirements
Learning the functions and processes of the technical service team which will show the importance of Process Flow in a workplace
Skill Requirements:
Basic hand tools operations
Flexibility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively without compromising deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft office
Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
Able to work with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance when required
