Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. As an entry-level installer, you will work on residential new construction projects, installing HVAC systems in new homes. This role offers on-the-job training and development in valuable construction and HVAC skills.
Responsibilities:
Loading and Unloading: Transport tools and materials at the construction site.
Measuring: Use tape measures to ensure accurate distances.
Using Tools: Operate hand and power tools for various tasks.
Fabrication: Alter parts at construction sites using shears, hammers, punches, or drills.
Maintenance: Maintain personal and company tools and equipment.
Ductwork: Apply mastic on ductwork and install Flex Duct/Register Boots in attics.
General Tasks: Perform other related tasks as required.
Essential Skills:
Previous outdoor work experience and comfortability working in all weather conditions.
Reliable with the ability to drive directly to job sites daily.
Proficient in using a tape measure and quick to learn new skills.
Eagerness to learn construction skills and retain HVAC knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred, but not required: Any HVAC experience and relevant certifications.
Ability to take direction well from the Project Manager.
Professionalism in working with a crew on site.

Work Environment:
Construction Sites: Work on-site daily with a crew of 4-6 people.
No Office Reporting: Go directly to the construction site.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with optional Saturdays.
Dress Code: Wear your own work boots and appropriate clothing (steel toes not required). All other PPE (hard hats, vests, gloves, glasses, hearing protection) will be provided.
