Westfield Insurance is seeking a motivated and adaptable Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team. Reporting to an IT leader, this role offers the unique opportunity to work initially on strategic business initiatives within the Personal Lines segment, with future potential to manage IT-related projects. This position is ideal for someone with at least three years of IT project management experience, combined with a passion for driving business outcomes, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to navigate and influence within a cross-functional team environment. Additionally, this role offers a clear career path within the Program and Project Management job family, with opportunities to master and grow as an IT project manager, transition into program management, or serve as a Scrum Master within our Agile delivery framework. #LI-DNI Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, and budgets for moderate-complexity projects. Coordinate people, resources, and tasks to deliver project goals effectively. Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, tools, and standards. Support stakeholder management and change management activities across the program. Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar). Demonstrated ability to lead projects through planning and execution phases via collaboration and servant leadership 2+ years of experience in Project Managementor a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or any relevant field and/or commensurate experience. PMP or similar certifications are preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) is a plus.
