Brief Job Overview
The Inside Sales Specialist will help to drive the sales of USP products and related services with existing and new customers by responding in a timely manner to leads generated through phone calls, emails. Under general directives to research and analyze assigned market territory, seek out new customers and leads, assist existing customers with questions and identify sales opportunities.
This is a position responsible for supporting customer development, marketing, education programs all over UK / Nordics.. (potentially France) through Inside Sales. By developing personal working relationships with our customers and stakeholders.

Identify new sales opportunities based on marketing leads, follow up by calls/emails on the selected potential customers.
Generate sales of USP RS and related programs by identifying a new customers and following up with existing
To do targeted promotion of strategic products to inside sales customers every month and update those insights in Salesforce.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Profiling a customer list, track performance in Salesforce on a regular basis.
Provide customer support by forwarding technical queries to scientific liaison or RS tech team.
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
Create awareness about USP’s products & services, provide access to documentary standards and promote training programs as per calendar setup by USP Education Team
Who USP is Looking For?
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree with atleast 3-5 years of experience as a sales representative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent selling and account management skills
Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
Possess speaking skills and hearing ability to interact with customers on the telephone
Experience working with Salesforce
Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in Salesforce
Follows company policies and procedures and attends all trainings related to the job
Inside sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
Willing to work in 2pm-11pm shift.
Additional Desired Preferences
French speaking language is a plus
