1. Data Engineer
Unifying data silos, machine alarm, camstar data, offline spc data all in separate database. Key deliverables to constantly built data and ensure data accuracy is always in the database by enriching end to end data (eg. data from inline, offline, camstar, batch information are all in silo). This gives more depth towards quality analysis.
Main role:
Better Quality Decision and Action, create new data validation methods and data analysis tools app leveraging legacy silo data,eg. Tableau, Legacy quality tools and power bi.
High Productivity Impact by develop algorithms to transform data into useful, actionable information.
Quality Action Maturity from the model recommendation: Building, Testing, and Maintaining Database pipeline architectures, acquire large dataset at scale
2. Data Scientist
Converting analog manual input into digital information via handheld tool (Samsung pads), as quality initiatives feedback from numerous customer auditor for quality improvement.
Operationalize Site Quality data input , Quality decision , Quality action via Analog to digital storage from machine manual input in CAMSTAR.
Main role:
- Coverage as point of contact for specific factory adhoc cases quality or productivity issue via data science analysis, develop new models using Timeseries modeling/NLP/Computer vision using Azure for Quality insights.
