Jamestown Sklallam Tribe Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Sequim, Washington
The Jamestown Family Health Clinic is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our growing Behavioral Health team.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with primary care providers to deliver comprehensive mental healthcare to individuals, couples, and families across all age groups, with a focus on older adults.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy for a variety of mental health conditions.
Utilize non-pharmacological and complementary approaches to support patient well-being.
Partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in outreach activities to promote mental health awareness in the community.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work and 3+ years of experience.
Valid Washington state professional license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
Experience in individual, couples, and family therapy.
Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Commitment to cultural competency and working with diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Indian culture and communities.
Experience working in a primary care setting.
