Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant

• Providing support to General Manager

• Assist to plan and coordinate GM’s schedules

• Assist overseas’ visitor arrangements

Office Administration

• Handle general administrative requests and queries from employees

• Organize and prepare for company events, meetings with key stakeholders

• Manage the office including stationery, cleanliness, suppliers

• Utilize SAP to process purchase orders, purchase requests and tax invoices

• Support payment procedure work with GBS Team

• Support for onboarding & off boarding

• Provide office facility and IT system guide

Business Unit Support

• Support promotion/marketing activities: Booth, advertisement etc

• Support brochure, customer gimmick, promotion materials production

• Support promotion event reporting

Skills & Experience:

• 3 + years’ experience in EA or office support

• Intermediate level skills in MS Office

• Well-developed communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to co-ordinate and priorities tasks, often juggling numerous tasks at the same time

This is a fixed term contract role. Contract period from October 2024 - March 2026)
