Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the commercial partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to build and sell Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people, and organizations to achieve more.
We are looking for a Partner Cloud Solution Architect (PSA) with a passion for delivering customer success by working with ISV (Independant Solution Vendor) partners. ISV PSAs play a crucial role in building world-class solutions and practices across Microsoft solution areas. By providing deep technical guidance, the ISV PSA helps partners evolve their solution portfolios using Microsoft Data/AI and Cloud technologies. “In addition to the technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have experience working in a globally matrixed organization and possess cultural sensitivity to effectively engage with partner C-suites. This role requires an individual who can navigate complex global structures and build strong relationships with leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds." As a PSA, you will guide the development of business solutions, provide deep technical insights, and accelerate the growth of Microsoft Tech priorities across Azure Data/AI solutions. You will work closely with ISV partners to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, and guide them through architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, and help them transition from legacy systems to modern cloud environments, ensuring that their solutions are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency on Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities
As an ISV Partner Cloud Solution Architect (PSA) for Azure Data&AI, you will proactively engage with the technical leadership at Microsoft ISV partners and their customers. Our partnersare all SVs who wants to develop their own IP on Azure Data/AI platform. You'll be creating modern Data & Analytics platform solutions infused with AI, leading Proof of concepts (POCs) and pioneering Minimal Viable Products (MVPs), while ensuring long-term technical viability. You'll have a passion for all things Data and be fluent in the following:
Solution Design: Assist ISV partners to architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, create Data Platform and AI roadmaps, and ensure the long-term technical viability of new deployments
Support the ISV Partners with Customer Engagement: Provide skilling assistance and RFP response.
Innovation: Infuse key analytics technologies where appropriate, such as Azure ML, Database Platforms, Big Data, Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse and Fabrics. You'll have had hands on experience with Fabric.
Enabling Azure Data/AI Solutions and to help building the ISV Partners on top of Azure Architecture.
Help the partner to run technical workshop or GTM activities like Marketing Events presenting technology session or presentations
Qualifications
Experience
10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
Experience in a customer-facing role and leading technical projects
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Azure: Deep understanding of Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure SQL Database
Data Management and Analytics: Experience with data warehousing, big data, and advanced analytics solutions using Microsoft Technologies
AI and Machine Learning: Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, and other AI tools
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
Familiarity with Azure DevOps/GitHub
Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 10+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis. OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 10+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis or equivalent experience.
