주요업무

• 감염병 신속진단 제품 및 채혈 관련 제품 등 체외진단 의료기기에 관한 생화학, 면역학, 미생물학, 임상병리학, 간호학 등의 학술 지식 제공

• 진단검사의학과, 간호사, 임상병리사 등의 고객 및 협력업체를 위한 제품설명회, 시연 및 제품 교육 진행

• 제품 교육을 위한 각종 자료 개발 및 다양한 기술 수준을 충족하고 특정 임상 케이스를 다루는 교육 프로그램 기획

• 제품 도입 시 평가 프로토콜 개발 및 검사 시행, 통계 분석 및 결과 보고서 작성

• 임상 데이터의 해석을 돕고 최적화된 제품 사용을 위한 지식 및 통찰력 제공

• 국내외 학술논문 등 제품 관련 각종 학술문서 검토 및 임상 연구 지원

• 고객 불만 관리: 불만사항 접수 및 조사, 문제해결을 위한 사후조치 업무 진행

• 진단검사의학과, 간호사, 임상병리사 등 주요 이해 관계자와 긴밀한 관계를 구축하여 그들의 요구와 기대를 이해 및 고객의 피드백을 수집하여 개선 및 혁신의 기회를 파악

• 제품 관련 모든 프로젝트에서 부서간 긴밀히 협력하여 영업, 영업지원, 기술지원 부서 간의 협업을 지원

자격요건

• 학력: 대졸 이상(4년)

• 우대 전공: 간호학, 임상병리학, 생물학, 화학, 생명과학 등 유관 전공

• 독립적으로 업무를 처리할 수 있는 능력이 있으며 부서 간 커뮤니케이션이 많은 환경에서 일할 수 있는 사람

• 창의성 및 비즈니스 사고력을 가진 사람

• Risk-management & Troubleshooting 경험이 있는 사람

• 고객, 유통업체 및 내부 주요 이해관계자들과 신뢰를 형성하고 긍정적인 관계를 맺으며 관리한 경험이 있는 사람

Position

• Division: Infection Disease

• Location: Bundang-gu

This position leverages experience in IVD and medical device industries to provide support for academic knowledge transfer, marketing and sales activities.

Clinical Application Support

• Provide customers with academic knowledge such as biochemistry, immunology, microbiology, biomedical laboratory science, and nursing about IVD medical devices such as rapid diagnosis of infectious diseases and blood collection products.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and product training for customers and business partners such as laboratory medicine, nurses, and clinical pathologists etc.

• Create and deliver educational materials to ensure users have a thorough understanding of device functionalities and clinical application. And Develop training plan that cater to various skill levels and address specific clinical cases.

• Develop evaluation protocols, conduct evaluation, analyze statistics and report evaluation results.

• Support interpretation of clinical data and provides knowledge and insights for optimized product use.

• Review various academic documents related to products such as domestic and international academic papers and provide clinical insights and expertise during the planning, data collection, and analysis phases of research projects.

• Manage customer complaint: Investigate customer complaints and follow-up process to resolve issues.

• Cultivate strong relationships with laboratory medicine, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations better. And gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Work closely across all product-related projects to support collaboration between sales, sales operation, and technical service team.

Qualification

• Education: MBS or other advanced degree in Nursing, Biomedical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry etc.

• Creativity and business thinking

• Risk-management & Troubleshooting experience.

• Have experience in building trust, positive relationships with managing clients, distributors, and key internal stakeholders.

• Great communication and documentation skills

• Fluent in English
