Description We are offering a contract for a Customer Service Representative position in Senecal Falls, New York. This role is within the call center industry and involves a range of customer service tasks. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, where communication skills and attention to detail are key.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service
• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and updated
• Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly
• Make outbound calls when necessary to resolve customer issues or provide information
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks, maintaining proficiency in these tools
• Enter customer orders into the system accurately
• Schedule appointments as required by the customer or team
• Manage electronic filing (e-Filing) systems to ensure all customer records are properly stored and easy to retrieve. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls with patience and professionalism.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and queries effectively.
• Experience in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and processed.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing time and resources effectively.
