Adecco US, Inc. Equipment Maintenance Technician in Seminole, Florida
Adecco is sourcing for a few Equipment Maintenance Technicians in the Largo/Seminole, FL area. This will be a great opportunity for someone that has good experience with maintaining, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting electronic equipment/machinery in a manufacturing plant.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend lifespan.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Collaborate with other team members to address equipment-related issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies, minimizing downtime and production delays.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and their components.
Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance software.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work irregular hours or overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $28.09 to $29.68 per hour
