The Role

• Setting up multi-cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP);

• Management and setup through IaaC (Terraform);

• Capacity management and performance management;

• Managing and resolving incidents, both with direct responsibility and supporting application malfunctions due to incorrect configurations on Cloud platforms, in collaboration with client teams;

• Problem management: identifying root causes, corrective actions, and their tracking;

• Change management: handling changes, both following events and client requests. Analysis, classification, and implementation in coordination with other teams;

• Installation, configuration, and use of monitoring tools and alert management used by Kyndryl, and support for potential integration with tools used by the client;

• Installation, configuration, and deployment of event collection and log systems for use by the client team; 24x7 support for critical incidents;

• Taking ownership of services;

• Periodic reporting on availability and performance; In-depth knowledge of native-cloud components;

• Real-time monitoring of all platform components, identifying issues, and managing the communication process (formal and/or informal) and categorization; General knowledge of network components across various Cloud providers

Who You Are

• Experience in installing and managing complex infrastructures for medium and large clients;

• In-depth technical knowledge of the involved technologies;

• Ability to work in teams;

• Aptitude for leading troubleshooting and focusing on problem-solving;

• Relational skills both internally and with clients;

• Experience in delivery-related tasks;

• Decision-making abilities;

• Leadership skills;

• Technical certifications (Hyperscalers, Terraform, others, ...)
