General Job Description
Dogwood Industries is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler at our Factory in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The core mission of the Warehouse Material Handler is to facilitate the efficient and accurate receipt and storage of the materials used in the manufacturing processes. The Warehouse Material Handler is an integral part of the production team and is required to have comprehensive knowledge about the material and understand the manufacturing workflow.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a calendar of incoming materials and developing plans for the off-loading of materials
- Accurately fulfill department requisitions and deliver parts throughout factory
- Responsible for material inspections
- Review purchase orders
- Ensure proper documentation of materials is complete
- Accurately follow material control procedures
- Effectively communicate with procurement staff, supervisors, and relevant production staff regarding material deliveries
- Responsible for material inventory and material storage

Requirements
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong organization skills and the ability to track, retain and integrate information
- Ability to confidently interface with all levels of company organization
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and schedules
- Fluent in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
Excellent written communications, using correct grammar and spelling
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating a forklift
- Previous construction, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
- Previous shipping and/or receiving experience is a plus

Compensation
$22.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
