Noble Truss Colorado Truss Plant Laborer in Sedalia, Colorado
Job Description: Laborer - (Reports to Plant Manager) Responsible for timely, cost efficient and accurate assembly of all Truss orders. Includes all steps after cutting of webs and chords and prior to delivery.
Daily Truss building expectations utilizing nail guns, hammers, etc.: o Chord, web and plate placement and pressing o Stacking of completed trusses o Banding of completed orders o Labeling of individual trusses and completed orders
Maintains set-up area in an orderly fashion and is responsible for the maintenance of assembly equipment and tools.
Follow safety procedures and maintains a safe working environment for all production staff & employees.
Coordinates with support personnel and/or yardman to ensure proper material flow to assembly areas. Monitors plate inventories and keeps Plant Manager informed of needs.
Responsible for conveyance of needs to the Plant Manager, to enable best possible performance.
Hours: o Monday - Friday o 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
