What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and Mines Code requirements for all personnel and operations.

  • Perform Shiftboss duties as mandated by the Mines Code.

  • Coordinate stripping, mining, processing, stockpiling, and load-out activities.

  • Monitor operations, coaching employees to maximize efficiency and comply with the collective agreement.

  • Communicate with maintenance and technical services to prioritize and ensure product specifications and maintenance activities.
