Our client in Secaucus is a leader in the cutting-edge world of cloud-based manufacturing, delivering high-quality systems and solutions to our customers. We are seeking a Systems Test Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support production tests, failure analysis, and repair activities to help ensure the quality and timely delivery of our systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in production and management to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded. Perform production tests on systems to meet quality standards and schedules. Conduct failure analysis and repairs to resolve issues. Collaborate with production teams to meet on-time delivery targets. Ensure systems are thoroughly tested, and any issues are quickly addressed. Work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment to align with overall production. Responsibilities
Responsibilities • System Test • System setup in test • System updates and verification • Execution of system test scripts and process • System Failure Analysis and Repair • Identification of error codes • Troubleshooting of system errors for corrective actions • Execution of system hardware repairs per proper procedures • Issue Resolution • Manage/escalate issues impacting systems in test and communicate to Peer technicians, Team Lead and Supervisors • Continuous Improvement / 6S Support • Work with extended team to identify and execute process improvements / 6S actions. Equivalent related work experience •CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications •Configuration experience of Microsoft OS VISTA/WIN7/Server/Office suite and basic Linux •1 year PC system-related hardware or networking experience is beneficial but not required.
The essential functions of this role include:

standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
