ZT Group Int’l, Inc. d/b/a ZT Systems seeks a Sr. Staff IT Enterprise Applications Analyst in Secaucus, NJ.Duties: Provide SAP program troubleshooting, technical support and training in post go-live phase. Identify necessary adjustments to the system organization structure. Evaluate SAP standard functions for customization assessment. Compose SAP functional specifications according to ZT unique requirements, coordinate programming, and conduct scenario testing. Work with Development team to implement customization, perform integration testing, coordinate user testing and training Leverage ERP tools to accommodate current business reporting requirements. Gather and analyze business requirements for realization in SAP after SAP go-live. Monitor and expedite daily operation through newest technology to sustain ERP maintenance and improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or related field plus 8 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Manager, Software Consultant, Software Engineer, or related field. Must have 8 years of experience in each of the following skills: • Full cycle ERP system implementation, which includes gap analysis, requirements gathering, blue printing, development, testing, reporting, go-live and post go-live support; and • ERP and SAP environments. Must have 4 years of experience with Excel. Must have 3 years of experience with technical queries, report writing and presenting findings.40 hours/week, $147,285.00 - $193,750.00 per year.
