Description
We are in search of a Workday Time & Attendance consultant to join our client in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be a key figure in assessing and implementing Workday Time and Attendance applications, providing both technical and business system expertise. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Offer technical and functional expertise as the Subject Matter Expert for Workday Time and Attendance.
• Engage with various stakeholders to comprehend their needs and convert these into system requirements.
• Perform detailed configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Time and Attendance modules in accordance with the established requirements.
• Educate internal teams on the functionalities of Workday Time and Attendance.
• Address and resolve system or process-related issues by providing effective solutions.
• Guarantee the smooth integration of Workday's Time and Attendance functionalities with other systems in place.
• Keep abreast with the updates and releases of Workday and disseminate any changes that might affect the organization.
• Utilize your skills in Accounting Software Systems, Adaptive Insights, CRM, Digital Solutions, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in performing your duties.
• Apply your knowledge in AB Testing, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Business Requirement Document, and Consulting to your job functions.
• Employ your expertise in Workday Payroll, Workday Integration, and Workday HRIS in the execution of your tasks.
