CP Fresh is a subsidiary of Charlie's Produce that opened in 2015 and is a food processing facility located in South Park. Additional Compensation Details: $24-26 per hour Dependent on Experience Potential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure Responsibilities Schedule 7am-3:30pm (or until the job is completed) - weekend flexibility as Sunday will be a required day. The Role The Receiver is responsible for receiving product, slotting, assist in inventory control and quality assurance, case packing, decanting, completing proper documentation and distribution of paperwork, keeping warehouse clean and free of debris and garbage as well as other tasks assigned by supervisor. Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To Receive and check incoming product Properly identify product and ensure quality of product Offload trucks using equipment such as forklift or pallet jack Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhearing to food safety regulations, follows company safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned or necessary Required Experience 1-year previous receiving experience 1-year experience using forklift/electric pallet jack preferred RF Scanner experience a plus Basic math skills Ability to work in a 36 degree refrigerated environment Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete job functions with minimum supervison Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to pass pre-employment drug test Qualifications Core Knowledge/Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Commitment to quality Excellent time management and team working skills Dependable work attendance and safe work habits Charlie's Produce Total Compensation Package includes Competitive starting pay 90 day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure We recognize and reward hard work and commitment.
