ZILLOW INC UX Designer in Seattle, Washington
Zillow, Inc. is seeking a UX Designer for its Seattle, Washington office.
Job Duties: Responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support evolving software application development. Develop user profiles with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses. Develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. Provide software product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems such as tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction. Develop design concept and implementation, providing input on user design considerations. Produce specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for product in development. Telecommuting is permitted.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. Also requires education or experience in each of the following:
- Designing end-to-end user experiences across multiple platforms
- Participating in all aspects of the design process from conception to completion
- Developing usable and compelling user software experiences through a user centered design process
- Utilizing standard web design and prototyping mobile software and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
