Easter Seals Washington Toddler Room Assistant Teacher in Seattle, Washington

If so, apply to be an Assistant Teacher at our Growing Years childcare development center (Hrs of Operation 6am-6pm). We are hiring for multiple positions!

Your Role:

Assistant Teacher works under the guidance of the lead teacher and therapists and assist in developmental activities. They may provide instruction to small groups of children and may supervise the classroom in the absence of the lead teacher.

Paid Sick Time: Full-time staff receive 96 hours annually; *Part-time/Temporary *staff accrue 1 hour/40 hours worked with a limit of 56 hours.

*Location: *Easterseals Washington's Growing Years childcare development center is situated between West Seattle and Downtown, just 5 miles from South Seattle College, and conveniently located with access to Highway 509, the West Seattle Bridge, East Marginal Way and I-5, adjacent to the Lower Duwamish Waterway.

Growing Years provides a multi-cultural educational approach and an inclusive environment where children with and without disabilities learn and play side-by-side each and every day.
