Zions Bancorporation Technology Operations Analyst - Seattle, WA (Hybrid Schedule) in Seattle, Washington
The Commerce Bank of Washington is now accepting resumes for our Technology Operations Analyst. This is a hybrid scheduled position located in Seattle, WA. You will be an integral part of a team delivering products and service to internal and external clients. You will have a direct impact on driving improvements within the Technology Operations group. The ideal candidate for this role will have the skill and experience necessary to meet the following responsibilities and qualifications.
Responsibilities
· Identity Access Management and user life cycle experience
· Key Performance Indicator Reporting and validation
· Vendor management, daily operations through case management with vendors
· SOC I and SOC II review and attestation
· Application and system support on Windows 10, Server 2016, and Server 2019
· Incident management
· Update department and organization on industry and regulatory changes
· Work with other business lines to drive process improvement
· Project management and coordination
· Basic reputational (social media) monitoring
· Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs
· Other duties as assigned
Required Skills

· Proficient or expert ability in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access versions 2016 or newer
· Practical experience with relational databases

· Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted, 70lbs with assistance, to rack equipment
Qualifications
· Requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience
· 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc. or other directly related experience.
· Ability to elicit, gather and analysis data.
· Solid Presentation and technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident and change management, project and systems management.

o Level II: $56,063 to $82,225 annually depending on experience
