This is a position with grade 12 This position reports to Region Sales Manager Analytics Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is remote preferred within Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA. #LI-Remote Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division out of Bartlesville, OK. You will be mainly accountable for: *Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy. *Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. *Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. *Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. *Leverage any existing relationships in the industry to bring new selling opportunities to ABB Our team dynamics You will join a talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role Associate's Degree in technology with combined 5 years' experience in instrumentation as either a customer, selling, technician or project manager. Solid understanding of Analytics including but not limited to GC's, FTIR, Tuneable Diode Lasers, CGA and CWA. Working knowledge of instrumentation is also an asset. Ability to develop relationships at all levels in ABB, our channel partners and our end users (from field personnel to corner office). Up to 50% domestic travel, international maybe but rare We are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
