Job Description

An employer is looking for a Seattle based candidate that possesses both Scrum and TPM experience. You will be joining a Product Team that supports multiple products within the back-end ecosystem: Guest Education Operations, GEC Technology teams, Post-Purchasing, Guest Support, Pre-Purchasing, etc. The main focus for the role will be to drive the digital deliverables for the upcoming Peak season and FY25. Our client is looking for a strong Project Manager that can lead all the project delivery aspects, while concurrently driving the Scrum Master responsibilities. A true blended background in both of these spaces will yield success in this role.

-Create user stories and acceptance criteria for the team.

-Support the prioritization process within the digital tracks of work.

-Deliver on feedback from stakeholders to support feature enhancements.

-Identify trends in digital technology and align those to overall product strategy.

-Demo solutions and create fast feedback loops.

-Align on meaningful KPIs.

-Clearly communicate complex ideas to multiple parties, while remaining kind and respectful.

-Demonstrate data-driven decision making.

-Manage Budget, Forecast and Strategy plans for digital tracks.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of project/program management experience within the digital space.

2+ years' working as a Scrum Master/leading Scrum Master responsibilities (Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning session, user stories, etc.).

A true blended background of Project Management and Scrum Master responsibilities.

3+ years' experience working in an Agile environment.

Experience working within the order management/fulfillment domain space; experience supporting an Order Management System (OMS) such as Sterling OMS.

Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.

Strong interpersonal skills/people centric approach, openness to feedback, learning attitude. Experience supporting a microservices environment.

PMP certification and Scrum Master certification.

Experience with digital technologies in an ecommerce or retail environment.

Additional experience with OMS applications. null
