We're looking for a Compliance Program Manager to drive SOC and regulatory issue remediation across our client's Technology teams. You'll track progress, manage timelines, escalate issues, and ensure compliance, communication, stakeholder management, and a focus on security improvements are key to success.

responsibilities:

• Prioritize remediation of SOC and regulatory issues with Technology and broader teams

• Document remediation plans, ensuring risk-based timing compliance

• Track and report progress using Findings and SOC program tools

• Escalate security issues to leadership when teams are unresponsive

• Drive security and process improvements based on industry best practices

• Develop and manage timelines for internal and external requirements

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication

• Represent security in project teams, ensuring alignment with requirements

• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal business and tech teams

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors (required)
