Job description:
Ability to design asset andcontent migration strategies from multiple source systems to a target AEMarchitecture
Design and deliver Digital Marketing platformstrategies and solutions leveraging AEM Sites (CMS) and AEM Assets (DAM).
Ability to interact confidently with clientsenior executives at the C-level and VP-level.
Experience working with distributedonshore/offshore/nearshore teams.
Ability to lead the development of digital assetmanagement strategy and content strategy for clients.
Ability to create content management and digitalasset management technology architectures.
Ability to conduct discovery workshops to defineand consolidate business requirements, and layout a technology roadmapaligning business goals and needs.
Ability to lead Enterprise / SolutionArchitecture services to solve customer problems.
Knowledge and awareness of best practices andindustry trends in areas such as omnichannel marketing, personalization,and AI.
Ability to create best practices, methodologies,templates, white papers, etc.
Deliver analytics and monitored customer behaviormodels to align business strategies.
Experience in the pre-sales and sales cycles.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer science,engineering, or prior experience in software development systems
7-10 years' experience with AEM Assets and AEMSites as a Developer and Architect
AEM Assets and AEM Sites Architect Certifications
Experience in AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service
Experience with AEM Assets Share Commons andBrand Portal for portal development
Has led more than one end to end implementationof AEM Assets and AEM Sites
Experience identifying and documenting functionaland technical requirements
Experience identifying non-functionalrequirements (NFRs) and recommending overall solution design
Understanding of various Adobe cloud serviceswhich can be integrated with AEM
Experience with performance optimization andscalability in AEM / Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud
Ability to create solutions and present tocustomers
Experience creating AEM Templates, Components,and Workflow
Good in Java/J2EE skills and OOPS withproficiency design patterns
Good understanding and work experience of JavaFrameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.) and knowledge of CRX and ApacheSling
Understanding of composable front-endtechnologies such as ReactJS, NextJS, and Angular.
Familiar with UML diagrams (Usecase, Class,Sequence, Activity, Deployment
Thorough understanding of Adobe's Security modelwith understanding of SSO
Knowledge of various AEM components like MSM,Mobile, I18N, Tagging, Translation, Search etc.
Experience migrating content from legacy systemsto the Adobe Marketing Cloud / Adobe Experience Cloud stack
