Third-party Sellers and Vendors represent significant value to Amazon's online retail customers and Seller and Vendor Support drives success for these Sellers and Vendors through a combination of people, processes and services. We are a primary interface between Sellers, Vendors, and Amazon through our Associates positive interactions and assistance. In the Leadership Institute, we ensure all leaders have the tools and skills they need to create an atmosphere of support, feedback, and engagement for our Associates and in turn, encourage outstanding support for our Sellers and Vendors. Who you are. As a Program Manager in our Leadership Institute team, you will be responsible for scoping, planning, launching and delivering strategic initiatives that improve the leadership experience and offer opportunities for growth and development. You will measure the results through relevant Supervisor, Associate, Seller, and Vendor metrics. In this role, you will collaborate with numerous operational, program, product and software development teams both inside and outside Seller/Vendor Support to identify, define and specify requirements and manage programs that increase Leadership and Associate effectiveness and motivation, delivering downstream Seller benefit. You will build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and partners, working closely to create and execute your project roadmaps. You will also prepare and execute regular program updates to senior management. The successful candidate will be input focused and will build closed loop processes and measures with our employees and stakeholders to ensure measurable improvements are realized. The ideal candidate will possess an analytic, operational and program background, in this role you will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring data collection and analysis.
