This role is part of the Amazon Business WW Marketing team and our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand. In this role, you will lead the strategy and production of engaging onsite experiences, and champion event production across cross-functional teams. This includes merchandising events and seasonal promotions globally on Amazon Business. This role will need to communicate regularly with senior leadership and be responsible for driving top-level business goals.

To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Category, Selection, Pricing, and Tech across geographic regions to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, and product marketing. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution.

Key job responsibilities

· Own WW strategy and production of onsite events and seasonal promotions (e.g., Back to School, Black Friday) on Amazon Business

· Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns and engaging onsite experiences for B2B customers

· Develop detailed campaign project plans, creative briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedule

· Apply key insights into business actions and push for new ways to achieve objectives at scale

· Define business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for site-event events

· Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, creative ideas

· Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences

· Create and maintain scalable, repeatable methods of measurement and performance tracking for campaigns

· Manage multiple projects gracefully and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

  • Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting

  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

  • Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
