Blue Origin LLC Sr. Executive Assistant - Supply Chain and Logistics in Seattle, Washington

Passion for our mission and vision is required! As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will support the development of spaceflight vehicles. This role reports directly to the VP of Supply Chain and Logistics located at our Kent, WA headquarters site. We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent administrative and organizational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention toward safe and repeatable spaceflight. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Executive support - Work closely and effectively with senior management to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Exercise good judgment while maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Anticipating conflicts and resolving with little or infrequent direction. Calendar - Manage extremely active calendars of appointments. Plan, coordinate, and ensure the schedule is followed and respected. Provide gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to executives. Travel - Arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings. Complete expense reports timely, following and enforcing policy while meeting leader expectation. Communications - Compose and prepare draft documents and correspondence that are sometimes confidential. May respond to email or other inquiries on behalf of executive management and must adapt voice/formality as such. Tasks - Complete tasks and critical aspects of deliverables. Projects - Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, under pressure at times, handling a wide variety of activities and confidentiality with discretion. These could include supporting recruiting priorities and other ad hoc projects as required. Organization - Using strong organizational skills, perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Prioritize conflicting needs. Handle matters expeditiously and proactively, following through on requirements to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Adapt to competing demands in a fast-moving environment. Personnel - Using strong interpersonal skills, build relationships with stakeholders. Problem Solving - Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Demonstrate high attention to detail and flawless execution. Travel expected. Variable work hours/extended availability expected according to leader location. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or additional relevant training/certifications 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and high customer service capabilities and delivery Demonstrated expertise in administrative support skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ab
