F5, Inc. seeks Software Engineer II in Seattle, WA:

 

Job Duties: Work as a member of an agile team to develop and deliver distributed services platforms and tested code to customers. Analyze user requirements and participate in all agile ceremonies. Maintain CICD workflows and conduct end-to-end testing of customer workflows. Conduct software testing. Participate in defining new software architectures, products, and solutions. Stay up to date with new technologies and potential business partners. Document software designs. Recommend and maintain technical design methodologies. Identify and resolve bugs and key technical issues. Focus on performance and scale goals with new technology. Conduct presentations for technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to F5 offices may be required. Special Skills can be gained through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, or professional experience.

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: 1) Agile methodology; (2) Gitlab; (3) Experience in one or more version control systems; (4) Jira; (5) JavaScript; (6) MongoDB, MySQL or Postgres; (7) Java; (8) ReactJS; (9) Cloud environment experience. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to F5 offices may be required. Special Skills can be gained through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, or professional experience.
