The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are looking for a skilled Sr. Sales Enablement Operation Specialist who will help us ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events, training analysis, and reporting. Your duties will include managing٫ designing٫ developing٫ coordinating and conducting large- or small-scale training programs.
You should be experienced at managing projects, have strong organizational skills, and able to work with LMS and project management software.
Responsibilities are:
Provide administrative and operational support to key enterprise sales software tools and programs tools (Salesforce, Power BI, etc.), Docebo CRM management, including managing data quality and report generation.
Assist the Program Managers, Director, and Vice President in a variety of programs across Enterprise Sales and Marketing.
Establish standards, update training, and drive adoption of enterprise sales using critical tools and technologies.
Manage daily technical assistance questions, onboarding of new users, and ongoing training needs.
Build working relationships with sales professionals and sales managers’ overtime.
Engage in sales operations activities and/or projects as assigned.
Provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting as needed or requested.
Schedule, lead, or coordinate meetings and ensure tracking and follow‐up of resulting action items. Take meeting notes as needed.
Enforce project deadlines and schedules.
Review and organize training plans and manage ongoing training programs for sales training team.
Prepare and develop educational aids, appropriate training materials, and collateral on a case-by-case basis depending on class and learner needs.
Inform employees about available training opportunities and provide necessary information.
Implement accepted education principles and explore new training methods and techniques.
Review and analyze instructional effectiveness and prepare reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design.
Manage curriculum database and training records.
Oversee in-house training facilities and equipment in all McKinstry locations to ensure training readiness as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Sales operations or Business Operations experience preferred.
Account management or large survey program experience preferred.
Knowledge of CRM systems preferred; Experience generating reports in Salesforce preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools—Power BI and Tableau preferred.
Excellent communication skills required.
Attention to detail, organizational skills and a passion for data required.
Excellent team and positive interpersonal skills, with a general willingness to help others required.

T he pay range for this position is $64,890 - $105,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
