We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for integrated projects ranging from strategies, activations, creative content for social media, and more. The job As the Senior Project Manager across programs with concurrent workflows, you'll work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver for our clients. You'll collaborate with account, specialty, and project management peers to ensure that project deliverables have a solid workflow, map to strategic intent and brand guidelines, all while meeting timing, scope, and budget requirements. Responsibilities include:

- - Define and draft scopes, staffing plans and estimates, and obtain necessary approvals. - Use of project management tools to author and maintain project schedules, project briefs, cost estimates, budgets, and other relevant project documentation with input and oversight from relevant team members. - Own the delivery of a work stream within large, complex initiatives and/or own mid-size projects independently and with minimal oversight. - Manage and communicate the status of integrated initiatives across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery against scoped deliverables. - Anticipate project needs, resolving project issues and removing barriers for the team. - Pull and review project burn, and work to proactively identify and flag scope creep. - Proactively communicate and manage hours, tasks, and timelines with integrated team members. - Schedule and attend meetings, communicate next steps, and assign actions. - Participate in client discussions related to project plans and set expectations on due dates needed to meet project goals. - Partner with resource management and finance to manage staffing and plan future staffing requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

5-7 years of project management at an integrated marketing or PR agency, or related experience

A mastery of PM fundamentals and best practices; independently owned small to mid-level sized project delivery

Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoin
