Amazon Senior Program Manager, Selling Partner Experience Governance (SPXG) in Seattle, Washington

Are you interested in being part of a high visibility, strategic team that directly impacts Amazon worldwide? The Core Selling Partner Experience Governance Team team defines, implements, and enforces quality standards for all Amazon-built experiences for all of our selling partners worldwide. We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Senior Program Manager (Sr. PM) to lead design and implementation of program infrastructure for Selling Partner Experience governance. Specifically, this role will be responsible for programmatic infrastructure (communications, processes, playbooks) and program management critical to ensuring builder teams world-wide are aware of and adhere to selling partner experience standards. This amazing Program Manager will also implement mechanisms to scale how we work and drive process adoption.

The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; have great bias for action; be deeply customer-centric; and has a drive to own, build, and grow; along with the ability to have a little bit of fun.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
