The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are adding a Senior Product Manager to our Platform Construction division in Seattle, WA. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include:
Product Management Leadership
Takes the lead and owns a major, large-scale initiative.
Manage product life cycle (including modifications, upgrades and maintenance) through end of life.
Lead coordination and documentation of project activities including product introduction meetings, design review meetings, and user acceptance testing.
Partner with IT, consultants, and software vendors to specify, deliver, and maintain solutions and integrations.
People Leadership
Trains, mentors and manages assigned staff.
Creates performance plans, assess performance, and provide performance feedback.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on Salesforce products.
Salesforce certification is highly desirable.
6-10 years in Product Management or A/E/C industry technology solutions required.
Knowledge of software development methodologies a plus.

T he pay range for this position is $99,270- $169,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
