The salary for this position will be set based on the level of experience, skills, and qualifications the candidate brings to the role, in line with our commitment to equity and market competitiveness. The median salary for this role is $150,000 annually. We are only considering candidates with US healthcare or healthcare insurance experience at this time. We're seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Growth Product Manager with deep healthcare industry experience and an MBA to lead our enterprise care business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior executives to align product strategy with corporate objectives and drive measurable growth. You'll work hand-in-hand with customer success and account managers, as well as sales teams, to ensure product decisions are informed by frontline insights and evolving client needs. At the same time, you'll partner with engineering, user design, and product analytics teams to rapidly experiment, refine concepts, and deliver compelling user experiences. The ultimate goal: to create innovative, value-driven solutions that enhance patient engagement, improve healthcare outcomes, and drive meaningful revenue A Day in the Life: • Set and Champion the Vision: Define a compelling, forward-looking vision for how care management capabilities and clinical insights integrate into our platform. Continuously articulate this vision so all stakeholders-ranging from executives and clinicians to engineers-understand the strategic direction and their role in achieving it. • Drive Alignment and Evangelize Outcomes: Regularly communicate product priorities, rationale, and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Ensure everyone has the necessary context, maintains alignment, and is inspired by the product's mission and trajectory. • Incorporate Research and Market Insights: Embed usability studies, market trends, competitive analyses, and feedback from clinical and enterprise customers into product requirements. Use these insights to shape features that delight users, improve care delivery, and increase conversion. • Own the Roadmap and Backlog: Combine long-term strategic thinking with near-term execution. Rapidly test hypotheses, run experiments, and make tough prioritization calls to ensure the most impactful features are delivered first. Keep stakeholders informed with a transparent, data-driven roadmap. • Deliver Incremental Value via Rapid Iterations: Break down ambitious initiatives into manageable deliverables. Launch early and often, measure impact, and continuously refine your approach.
