As a Senior Administrative Specialist at F5, you will play a dual role that combines advanced administrative support with strategic program and project management. This unique position requires not only the ability to handle complex scheduling and correspondence but also the skills to manage and drive key initiatives across the organization. You will be working closely with senior management, ensuring that their schedules run smoothly while also taking ownership of critical projects that influence the company's direction and success.

Your expertise in SharePoint will be invaluable as you streamline workflows, facilitate communication, and enhance collaboration across various teams. You will act as a hub of information and coordination, ensuring that all parts of the organization are aligned and working efficiently towards our common goals.

 

A typical day might include:

  • VP calendar management

  • Scheduling kick-off or other project meetings

  • Reviewing leader presentations for accuracy and clarity

  • Developing / sending program status communications

  • Creating SharePoint sites / pages

  • Updating team calendar and keeping overall rhythm of business

  • Tracking risks, issues, decisions, action items for the team

  • Budget tracking and reporting

  • Ordering supplies or setting up onsite meetings

Responsibilities

Perform high-level administrative duties, including managing complex schedules, arranging meetings, and planning travel.

Oversee and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Utilize your SharePoint skills to improve document management, collaboration, and information sharing across teams.
