The Security Compliance Specialist, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, serves as an important member of the Prototype Security Compliance team. This role will the development, implement, and support (which includes on-boarding, set-up, and oversight) of security programs at client's, contract manufacturing, and third-party locations. Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Conduct audits at the client's prototype, contract manufacturing, and third-party servicing locations.
  3. Identify audit issues, submit findings reports, address remediation/recommendations, and follow-up until all items have been resolved.
  4. Conduct inventory accountability audits, analyze inventory data reports, and identify discrepancies.
  5. Assist in the recovery efforts of any lost or misplaced hardware or product.
  6. Oversee the integrity of critical shipments from origin/departure through arrival.
  7. Partner with existing Supply Chain Security teams to develop best practices for the transportation of critical assets.
  8. Leverage specific domain expertise to make effective decisions during the assessment, design, and implementation phases.
  9. Provide assistance with moderate level security and/or compliance programs or initiatives with visible risks or roadblocks.
  10. Drive timely decisions and escalate or handle escalations.
  11. Utilize knowledge and expertise to implement straightforward solutions to mitigate risk, overcome roadblocks, and design short-term solutions with limited guidance.
  12. Identify existing connections and leverage accordingly to optimize cross-functional processes that improve security industry-focused projects and goals.
  13. Partner across teams within the client's security organization to influence goals, priorities, and trade-offs, including vendors and external partners.
  14. Conduct physical security audits at client and third-party locations.
  15. Complete and deliver effective audit reports to client's security management team.
  16. Accurately conduct inventory management of critical components and products.
  17. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications: Bachelor's degree, preferred with a background in criminal justice or security management and five years of security experience preferably within supply chain and contract manufacturing security.
