Hyatt Roving Assistant Rooms Manager in SEATTLE, Washington

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Rooms Management Team as a Roving Assistant Rooms Manager. The Roving Assistant Rooms Manager will support “ A Seattle Collection ”, a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

TheRoving Assistant Rooms Managerwill support the leaders of the Rooms teams (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry and Guest Services) in scheduling, forecasting, training, and staff development. The ideal candidate must have strong communication organizational skills and leadership qualities. TheRoving Assistant Rooms Managerwill provide leadership to the teams in delivering exceptional guest service to our colleagues and guests.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

  • Dynamic leader who fosters the team environment

  • Prior hotel and/or hospitality experience strong preferred

  • Refined verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)

  • Proficient in basic computer skills

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
