This recruitment offers a $10,000 Signing Bonus to eligible new employees joining UW Medicine Harborview Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Nurse Manager (RN3) to join our Low Barrier Prevention Clinics .
WORK SCHEDULE:
100% FTE
8 hr Days, M-F
Stationed at a different clinic each day based on staffing and schedule, will need to provide remote support as needed to the other clinics (and may have to travel to other clinics if a situation arises) DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Harborview Medical Center's Low Barrier Prevention Clinics serve vulnerable populations targeting patients at high risk for HIV. Harborview Medical Center’s Low Barrier Prevention Clinics includes Aurora Clinic, SHE Clinic, Engage Health – Kent, and Engage Health – Federal Way. These four clinics are all co-located with day resource centers for those who are unhoused. The SHE Clinic and Aurora Clinics are co-located with Aurora Commons in North Seattle. Engage Health – Kent and Engage Health – Federal Way are co-located with two different day centers operated by Catholic Community Services in South Seattle. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

Opportunity to provide career growth PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support four clinics in three locations, may work remotely and out of each of these three locations as needed
Oversee day-to-day clinical activities, supervise clinical staff, and provide direction to and coordination of the work of other clinical and support staff
Help in the planning and implementation of desired changes to improve the delivery of patient care and development of clinical support staff
Help develop, guide and oversee Quality Improvement initiatives in conjunction with administrative and physician leadership REQUIREMENTS:
Active WA State or Multi-State RN License by start date
At least 2 years of professional high acuity ambulatory nursing experience (with previous experience working with unhoused populations desired)
