STS CONSTRUCTION Residential Assistant Project Manager in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities:
Assisting the Residential Division Manager with managing projects in process.
Assisting the Residential Division Manager with updating allowance and budget spreadsheets.
Meeting subcontractors for site walks and scope reviews
Assisting the Residential Division Manager with managing construction/remodel schedules
Qualifications and Requirements:
3+ years of previous experience in working as a Carpenter, Lead Carpenter or Superintendent role on custom home ground up/remodels
Familiarity with construction management software (BuilderTREND, Procore)
Valid driver's license

Salary Rate: $50K-$80K DOE, Yearly Bonus

Job Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
