The Resident Services Coordinator assists the Assisted Living residents to ensure that they receive the highest quality personal and health services identified in their negotiated service plans; addresses resident issues and concerns regarding personal care; updates the personal care portion of resident assessment/negotiated service plan for each resident annually and as needed; updates personal care services as needed; assists with health monitoring and medication assistance program; provides guidance to Resident Service Assistants (RSA) as needed to ensure smooth operations and high quality resident care; and provides RSA training as needed.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $32.94

Education - Completion of a CNA, MA or RNA vocational program. Experience - Minimum of one (1) year working with the frail or elderly preferred. Other Requirement(s) - WA state CAN or HCA license in good standing. Certificate of CPR/1st AID, Dementia, Mental Health, Developmental Disable, Nurse Delegation, and Food handle permit are required, or are willing to obtain the above certificates after hiring in compliance the DSHS requirement.
